Fell behind on this month’s yoga challenge after breaking my toe and battling strep but I’m jumping back on the wagon!
Pictured above are days 1-5:
- Heron Pose (both sides pictured)
- Dolphin Pose
- Standing Back Bend
- King Dancer’s Pose (only one side pictured)
- Camel Pose (variation)
My left leg isn’t as flexible as my right and it’s still difficult to grip my right foot (toe is still in the healing process) But these were some great stretches and I surprised myself on a few :)
Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow and catch up with my fellow yogis!
